Deb Winning

Studio Principal & Yoga Teacher

Deb is the owner of the Yoga Shala in Kalamunda. She is very humbled and forever thankful to teach and share the wisdom of Yoga with others. Deb teaches everyone from beginners to the more advanced practitioner. She facilitates various Workshops, Mini Urban Retreats, and Yoga Retreats in Australia and Bali.

Jenny Warburton

Yoga Teacher

Jenny has been teaching yoga since 2011, initially specialising in pre-natal and post-natal classes. Since then, Jenny has completed qualifications in Chair Yoga, Inversions, Children's Yoga and Scoliosis and Back Care Training. Jenny is also very passionate about Yin Yang yoga and offers these classes regularly.

Jillian Clyde

Yoga Teacher

Jillian has been practising yoga for over 25 years and is a qualified teacher in Vinyasa, Pranayama and Meditation since 2013. In 2014 she completed training in Restorative Yoga and has been teaching in studios and private homes ever since.

Christina Roy

Yoga Teacher

Christina came to teaching thanks to the warm and supportive environment at Yoga Centred. After falling in love with yoga and the many holistic and spiritual benefits, Christina now teaches Vinyasa yoga at the Shala.

Lily Winning

Yoga Teacher

Lily has been practising yoga since her teens and is qualified in kids & family yoga as well as massage therapy. Yoga is what lights her up and she is passionate about sharing this with those who are called to join her.


The Shala where we practice yoga in Kalamunda is a calm, immaculate, beautiful space. All the equipment we need is available so we can just book online and turn up to class.

Yoga Centred provides lots of opportunities for me to do yoga; once a week or as many times as I need. The environment is inclusive, caters to all levels, provides all the equipment and makes me feel comfortable, no matter what level I'm at.
