Vinyasa Slow and Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

Yoga Centred offers two types of Vinyasa Yoga classes; Vinyasa Slow and Dynamic Vinyasa Flow

 

Vinyasa Slow
This is a slow paced class, ideal if you are new to yoga or looking to get back to basics. In this class you will learn safe alignment and how to link the breath to movement.

Even if you have a regular yoga practice this gentle class is great for cultivating a ‘Beginners Mind’ – revisiting essential alignment points, flow and breath work principles.

 

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow
In this class the focus is on developing the connection between breath and movement. Sun Salutation’s along with standing and seated postures are creatively sequenced into a dynamic flowing class. Modifications and props available enabling the student to gain the full benefit of each posture.

Each student is encouraged to work to his or her own ability and comfort level building strength and flexibility in a balanced way.

Dynamic Vinyasa Flow is suitable to someone who practices Yoga regularly and is looking for a stronger class. As a more experienced student you can feel free to deepen your practice with more challenging options.
